Visionpool Business Services is hiring an Integration Services Specialist to work on an Azure Integration platform. The Integration Services Specialist’s role is to participate in all development and testing activities related to the system-to-system connections, movement, and integration of data across various sources via the centralized integration platform. This individual is also responsible for the monitoring of data flow between databases, servers, and Cloud services to identify and implement the most suitable Data Integration (DI) architecture for the organization’s needs. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, proficiency in programming languages and data structures, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.Responsibilities:Participate in integration projects liaising between business units, data stewards, and development teamsPlan, execute, and manage the strategic integration of new data and data stores into existing systems and infrastructure throughout the enterprise, including introduction of Cloud services as applicableEnsure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end[1]user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issuesEnsure that developed integrations are aligned with industry standards and best practicesFollow standards and processes to support integration projects and initiativesIdentify common patterns and document best practices for integrationMaintain high standards of data quality through the introduction and enforcement of information handling processes and organization of the data integration processesParticipate in integration testing phase of software and applications under development in order to identify and remedy potential problem areasContinually develop skills in the data integration technologies and staying informed on new developments in integration technologyDesign, develop, and deploy solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelinesEnsure the collection and coherent interpretation of the various business processes affected by integration effortsWork diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processesAssist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions ariseImplement audit, logging, and monitoring solutions to provide proactive operational support in the integration environmentTechnologies used in the area: • Git • Hibernate • HTML • Java / J2EE/ JavaScript / jQuery Java / J2EE/ JavaScript / • Azure • MySQL • RabbitMQ • RESTful APIs (JSON) • Servlets • Spring Boot Framework/ SpringMVC • SQL • AJAX • Angular • Basic bash/shell scripting • CSS • JSP • Microsoft Azure DevOps Tool • Microsoft Visio • Python • Struts • SVN • UML • Web Services (Restful, SOAP) • Working with multiple file formats such as XML, CSV • .NET • PL SQL Developer (Oracle) • Web Services • Azure Cloud • Visual Studio The resource will be required to participate in consultant performance evaluationQualifications:Direct experience developing and supporting integration services architecture, and providing connections and data exchanges between multiple systemsDemonstrated experience with integration tools, platforms, and standards. This includes web services (Restful, SOAP) and message queue experience.Demonstrated experience developing RESTful APIs. Understanding of JSON and working with multiple file formats such as XML, CSV and JSON.Demonstrated experience with one or more programmingscripting languages that integrate with legacy, web and cloud systems. These may include Angular, AJAX, HTML, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, PLSQL, MySQL, Python, JSP, .Net, CSS, JSP, Basic bash/shell scripting, HTML, ServletsDemonstrated experience with Cloud computing platforms such as Microsoft Azure.Valid MSDN License for engagement.Demonstrated experience with the programmingscripting languages such as Angular, AJAX, HTML, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, PLSQL, MySQL, Python, JSP, .Net, CSS, JSP, Basic bash/shell scripting, HTML, ServletsDemonstrated experience conducting business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mappingDemonstrated experience in risk management methodologies as they relate to Integration and Cloud computingDemonstrated experience with relational database design and management techniques.Demonstrated experience with system and software quality assurance, testing, best practices, and methodologies.Demonstrated experience with end-user needs and requirementsDemonstrated experience with multiple messaging service platforms such as RabbitMQ and Microsoft Azure queues.Demonstrated experience working with browser-based application development – HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX or other popular client-side framework.Demonstrated experience working with web application development - Servlets, MVC, SpringMVC, Struts and JSPDemonstrated experience working with web application development - Servlets, MVC, SpringMVC, Struts and JSPDemonstrated experience working with networks, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing, along with the ability to troubleshoot and communicate with operational services to get to root cause.Demonstrated experience working in high pressure environments on multiple projects to balance, prioritize and organize Demonstrated experience creating user, operational, and system documentation at all levels. multiple integration initiatives and tasks.Demonstrated experience contributing to solution architecture and application design activities as an Enterprise Integration stakeholder to ensure solutions:a) adhere to standard,b) leverage robust technical infrastructure,c) are cognizant of evolving industry trends, and,d) leverage innovative approaches & evolving technologies.Quick Apply
