You will be responsible to distribute, follow-up, and respond to all incoming leads to ensure customers needs are met. You will address customer inquiries to understand their needs and provide quality customer service. You will set and manage the achievement of monthly sales targets. Ensuring accurate data management is maintained through best practices. You will measure E-Lead activity to assure closing ratios are being met.
