  • Responsible for warehouse inventory management:
    • Accurate inventory must be maintained for all customers
    • Inventory counts are done on scheduled and are finalized as per inventory schedule and customer service agreement
    • Work directly with customers to reconcile any variances
    • Work cohesively with Warehouse and Logistics Services
    • Perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory
    • Understand all systems that maintain inventory
    • Responsible for implementation and daily administration of WMS system
    • Provide training and assistance to staff on WMS system
  • Third party warehouse billing:
    • Ensure monthly and special services billing is completed on schedule for all third party customers
    • Ensure all revenue is captured for monthly billing, documentation charges, and any special services (ex. relabeling, repacking, etc.) for all customers in your location
    • Input and produce invoice for warehouse services based on their agreement each month. Deal directly with customers on any issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction
    • Verify TDG as set up on the system or for new product information, may need to request information from customer. Any discrepancies follow-up with ERS
    • Forward paperwork to admin support for invoicing
  • Supervision:
    • Supervise staff when required
    • Ensure EHS procedures are followed at all times and immediately correct any non-compliance
    • May be required to fill in for Warehouse Manager during periods of absence
  • Responsible for ensuring all product information is accurate and updated on the A/S 400 for UAP products & Access customer products:
    • Main contact for the setup of product codes and new customer accounts for maintaining current and accurate warehouse rates for all customers within the Regina Facility. This will include yearly increases where required and will work with the National Business Manager in calculating increases
  • Responsible for Safety Operations as part of the Management Team:
    • Ensure compliance with all Environmental and Regulatory Services at all times
    • Work with EHS department to provide necessary reports and information
    • Ensure all areas are operating up to Safety Standards
What you will bring:
  • Grade 12 or higher education
  • 1+ years’ experience in inventory management
  • 1+ years’ experience in warehouses
  • Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (AS400, WMS, ARS, BPCS, SAP)
