You will use state of the art processes to assist customers, design solutions and deliver world-class service. Candidates that have; communication, interpersonal skills and mental agility will be very successful in this position. As a part of the Service Team, you will report to the Service Business Manager.What we need you to do

  • Support a growing client base utilizing state of the art remote access tools
  • Enjoy sharing and documenting all tasks and work completed
  • Helping our customers out so they can focus on their primary business
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems using a combination of experience and resources
  • Work well within a team environment
  • Have fun – work hard, play hard
What we need you to know
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Desire to explore and implement new technologies
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong listening skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365
  • Email / Hosted Exchange/ Office 365/ Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft Active Directory
Required experience:
  • PC Hardware experience 2+ years
  • Hardware certifications from HP, Lenovo, Dell, and/or Apple is a plus
  • Working Microsoft Active Directory 2+ years is advantageous
  • MCP, MCSA or MCSE
  • Preferred to have one or more of the following exams;
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA N+
  • MS-900: Microsoft Fundamentals
  • AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
Hours/Availability: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00(may require work in the evenings/Saturday/Sunday)Must have a valid license and access to a reliable vehicleJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18+/hr depending on experienceJob Location:Regina, SKJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$24.00 per hourAdditional pay:
