Job Description

We are seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Electricians to support our project in StoughtonDuties:

  • Applying a high standard of safety and quality to each job.
  • Conducting equipment and cable management system installations, as well as, refurbishment.
  • Reading and interpreting drawings, circuit diagrams and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts for new or existing installations.
  • Testing continuity of circuits using testing equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of systems, following installation, replacement or repair.
  • Troubleshooting and isolating faults in electrical and electronic systems and remove and replace faulty components.
  • Connecting electrical power to sound and visual communication equipment, signaling devices and heating and cooling systems.
  • Installing, replacing and repairing lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment.
Qualifications:
  • QEW/High Voltage Training
  • Electrical License
  • SCOT
  • Rights & Responsibilities (CODC)
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol Test.
