August 2022Exciting Career Opportunity in Regina!Scott Land & Lease has an immediate opening for a Land Administrator in Regina, Saskatchewan.We are looking for:A passionate, organized person, who loves what they do, eager to learn new things and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work each day! We will train the right entry level candidate for this role.Skills required for success in this role:

  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Great personality and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to effectively multi-task
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and highly organized
  • Strong computer skills
What you will do: Support our team on various administrative & database tasks
  • Prepare and update status reports ensuring accuracy and effective communication of project progress internally and with clients
  • General reception and office duties
  • Prepare final packages specific to the client requirements and delivery methods
  • Deliver projects on time and on budget with an acute attention to detail
  • Ensure project requirements, deadlines and schedules are on track
  • Exceed client expectations!
Skills required for success in this role:
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline driven service environment
  • Detail and accuracy oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (i.e. ability to communicate effectively with internal team members and externally with client)
  • Excellent organizational skills to set and drive established goals while focusing on accuracy
  • Positive, friendly with a high customer service approach to duties
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Exceptional reporting and management skills
