Working at iQmetrix means always looking at ways to be better.Purpose of a Leadership Coach at iQmetrixTo help unlock people's potential to maximize their contribution and the impact they have on others.Accountabilities:Participate in internal training to understand the business management practices of iQmetrixCoaching team strategyCoaching Team Leads to support their success and the success of the teamCoaching individuals on exploring new ways to contribute to an environment that enables successCoaching and Facilitating dialogue to support individual and team outcomesCoaching growth goals for individuals pursuing personal growthActing as a sounding board for team leads as they navigate challengesProviding training and mentorship in areas of expertiseRecommending training to support team outcomesWorking with team and content creators (as needed) to figure out the coached team experience (for retreats, team building, team conversations)Facilitating and coaching teams through the desired experience while upholding the practices and principles of the iQosWorking with content creators, media designer and marketing as needed to develop any assets to support a coached team experienceQualifications:Evidence of Continuous LearningCoaching Certification from an accredited Coaching InstituteYou have several years experience (5+) coaching leaders and managersYou have excellent communication skills, specifically experience with Non-Violent CommunicationYou have incredible listening skills, with the ability to create space for an individual to build their own capacityYou have several years experience (3+) working in a corporate environment, with experience working on strategyYou have the ability to discern patterns and separate noise from relevant informationYou care about people and want to see them succeedYou are known for your ability to build strong, trusting relationshipsYou have strong group facilitation skillsWhat is an iQerAn iQer is a term, used daily across all iQmetrix locations, is someone who works for iQmetrix.
