LOCs will replenish supplies, input data into the library catalogue, process invoices for payment, work in Banner, assist with management and display of statistical data and acquisitions.Specific Accountabilities1. Acquisitionsa. Ordering of Shelf Collection materialsb. Receiving ordered Shelf Collection materialsc. Processing and placing items in the correct location (i.e., shelf, reserves, etc.)2. ILS maintenancea. Withdrawing itemsb. Record Maintenance/data entryc. Better World Books – preparing and shipping and tracking itemsd. Maintain patron recordse. System testing for Almaf. Maintain shipping records to ensure materials are traceable if lost3. Financial/Library Banner holdsa. Cash-outsb. P-Card – reconcile monthly statements4. Circulation Holdsa.
