The Concierge’s responsibilities include scheduling sales and service appointments (such as Pickup & Delivery appointments and Discovery Drives), collaborating closely with other store personnel, identifying client needs, responding to concerns in a professional and timely manner, and delivering the effortless client experience that defines the Lincoln brand. (Including the Lincoln delivery process.)Maintains client centricity through ongoing training and assist with planning, motivating, and training store personnelHelps oversee the client awareness of amenities, conveniences and programs offered by the dealershipManage social presence and online reviewsPlan and manage Lincoln events – develop partnerships with local on-brand businesses and/or charities for eventsWork with designated Lincoln Team to meet the needs of our clients, including personal greetings, access to loaner vehicles, lounge amenities, showroom appearance, appointment scheduling, cleanliness of vehicles, surprise-and-delight interactions and follow up callsBe actively involved in the entire service process including but not limited to the following:Assist with check-in when needed or in an Advisor’s absence.
