You will be the luxury department leader responsible for educating and providing knowledge about the luxury brand to ensure it is represented accurately.The Lincoln Sales Manager is an independent senior role in the organization that is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our luxury customers. The Lincoln Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales cycle of all Lincolns sold. This includes using the consultative process to match the best vehicle to the customer needs, desking and closing deals.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading yourself and the team in a way that supports Capital’s Vision and Mission and is aligned with the Lincoln BrandIndependently manage customer prospecting and customer referralsSet clear, targeted sales goals to ensure a high level of gross is achieved in each sale.Perform the negotiation process including desking and closing to ensure that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.Ensure New Lincoln forecast and all LCP targets are achieved.Promote monthly customer experience events, promotions as outlined by Lincoln.Host and execute Lincoln events, including new product launches, 2nd delivery clinics, ride and drive programs, etc.RequirementsExtensive experience in the automotive sales process is requiredThorough knowledge and understanding of all Lincoln modelsDynamic self starter, detail focused, extremely well organized with excellent time management skillsProven ability to provide an exceptional customer experienceAbility to set and achieve targeted goalsPrior sales experienceDemonstrated communication and interpersonal skillsOrganization and follow-up skillsExperience and desire to work with technologyValid drivers license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
