Through demonstrating our core values of respect, transparency, care, excellence, and innovation, we stand out from the rest and create a growth-driven organization.Lincoln Service ValetJob DescriptionAs a Lincoln Service Valet your primary focus will be maintaining Lincoln loaners cleanliness and ensuring their readiness for our customers. You will also assist with Customer Vehicle pick up, moving vehicles to correct locations from the Service Drive through and other tasks as assigned. You will work directly with our Lincoln Service Advisor and Lincoln Concierge following dealership display standards, and assisting to ensure our guest experience is of the highest standard.

  • Manage vehicle flow in our service drive, and within the auto group parking lot
  • Ensure clients vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
  • Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed
  • Accounting for all Lincoln Loaners, inspecting for any damage and immediately reporting.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of all Lincoln Loaners and client vehicles
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as filling up on fuel and washer fluid
  • Driving and handling all vehicles responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times
  • Ensure Lincoln loaners are ready for the set customer appointment, most cases will require inspection and clean to be performed the day/afternoon before.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a client first mentality
  • Adheres to Capital Automotive Group’s Mission Statement: We will enrich the communities we serve by creating relationship successes together with our customers and career successes together with our employees. We will conduct all of our business with honesty and integrity. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience as a car porter, or similar.
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Working knowledge of basic car maintenance would be advantageous.
  • Ability to assume responsibility for the valuable property of customers and the dealership.
  • Willingness to learn and to perform a wide range of allocated tasks.
  • Ability to take accurate notes regarding vehicle movements and vehicle conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
