Job Description

Primary responsibilities for this position include ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office and our educational programs. The successful candidate will be adept with technology as you will become our tech support but also must be highly organized, able to capture and follow instructions for multiple tasks, and focused on the follow through and completion of tasks assigned to them. Additionally, the successful candidate will creative and able to take on marketing initiatives like website improvements, social media campaigns, and PowerPoint design. We are also looking for someone with an excellent work ethic, flexibility, and a growth mindset with a desire to learn and grow within our company.Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute emails to multiple email lists. (Zoho & Mailchimp)
  • Synthesize feedback data into reports (google sheets & Thinkific)
  • Maintain our online filing system (Google drive)
  • Maintain updated lists to track sales & students within our programs
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable & basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Update Website & social media platforms regularly (weblium, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Create & post social media posts weekly (canva)
  • Design & upload educational slides - all information is provided (canva)
  • Assist in tech support for live zoom meetings with students (zoom)
Skills
  • Extremely strong technology skills - Experience using Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe PDF editor, Microsoft Office, Zoho email & calendar (or any email & calendar) is ideal.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities - able to troubleshoot challenges and come up with alternative solutions.
  • Able to work independently and follow through with directions given but not afraid to call and ask for help
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, maintaining flexibility whenever needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$19.00 per hourAdditional pay:
