Technology is changing the world….start your career with ISM and get a front row seat!Close Date: April 28, 2023The Network Analyst supports the Network Sustainment Centre, and is focused onleading the new technology introduction, evolve network acceptance, participate inprojects and network upgrades. You will also champion operational readiness andprocess improvements working closely with the Solutions & Architecture teams, andthe Network Operations Center (NOC). You will be an expert in the hands-ontroubleshooting of network technologies with a strong knowledge in a variety ofnetwork vendors and their management systems. You will be providing technicalsupport to network operations teams for escalated incidents of varying complexity. Youwill also work with Solutions & Architecture teams and network vendors for newtechnology deployments, helping to build, maintain, and operate a reliable network forour customers. You will also provide much of the hands-on support, configuration andinstallation for customer devices as required and may support ad-hoc network projects.The position ensures that all network issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently byeither resolving them directly or by escalating to a senior team member. Thesuccessful candidate will be an important part of a larger team, providing directcustomer support on issues and participating in management of all networkcomponents.The Network Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Network Sustainment, and willalso be supported and mentored by the team lead. This is a critical front-lineoperational role subject to regular business working conditions, may be assigned tocustomer sites and occasional travel is a requirement of the role.
