  • Lead patient care in O.R., PARR, and Day Surgery areas.
  • Supervise nursing and ancillary staff.
  • Liaise with medical staff and ensure clinic objectives are met.
  • Uphold ORNAC standards and facility policies.
  • Foster a caring and professional environment for clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Management:
  • Set and evaluate nursing standards and objectives.
  • Oversee clinic operations and quality improvement.
  • Maintain occupational health and safety programs.
Human Resources Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff.
  • Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
Financial Management:
  • Identify budgetary needs and monitor expenditures.
Staffing and Development:
  • Schedule staff and ensure compliance with work targets.
Other Duties:
  • Supervise daily staffing and surgical day coverage.
  • Screen patients for surgery.
  • Manage narcotic control and total quality management.
  • Conduct equipment evaluation and preventive maintenance.

Education/Experience:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • 3-5 years OR and PACU nursing experience.
  • 2 years in a leadership role.
  • BCLS/ACLS Certified; PALS if applicable.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and general computer use.
