Job Description

The WDM North Battleford is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the WDM North Battleford. The Operations Manager supports the WDM in achieving its public trust responsibilities through the effective management of the WDM North Battleford. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Museum including developing and monitoring operational plans and budgets as well as the successful delivery of programs and services.We are looking for an Operations Manager who is:

  • Community Oriented - always seeking ways the Museum can serve communities in North Battleford and surrounding area.
  • A Strong Leader - able to oversee all aspects of museum operations and human resource management, with the ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • An Excellent Communicator - able to effectively communicate and build relationships internally and externally.

Evening and weekend work is required at certain times of the year and flexibility in working hours is required. The WDM provides paid sick leave as well as employer paid health/dental benefits.
