Join our growing team at Welldone Mechanical Services, Regina SK.We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to be part of our team! This position will have a variety of tasks depending on the needs of department managers.Locally owned and operated, Welldone Mechanical Services has been providing exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in Regina since 1965. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and cutting-edge technology and equipment to residential homeowners and our commercial and industrial customers.POSITION: Part-Time Administrative AssistantPAY: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experienceWORK HOURS: Part-Time, 20 to 30 hours per weekWORK SCHEDULE: Flexible days and work hours.LOCATION: Regina, SKWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Supporting the management team with projects, and a variety of task as needed
  • Filing paper and digital documents
  • Scanning
  • Scheduling part pick- ups
  • Scheduling service and maintenance appointments
  • Calling customers to confirm appointments and technicians #39; arrival times
  • Creating presentations in PowerPoint
  • Updating pricing for maintenance agreements
  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Gather essential information and enter data into our operating system BuildOps inquot;real time quot; while communicating with customers
  • Shop organizing and inventory
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
  • 5 + years of office administration or personal assistant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure and work with a wide range of personalities
  • Proficient in using multiline phones, text messaging and email
  • Experience using a CRM/ERP, or cloud-based operating system; we use BuildOps
