• You absolutely love animals! More importantly, you love helping animals and ensuring they are healthy and you work tirelessly to extend their lives through proper nutrition!
• You come to the table with a desire to learn and absorb pet health and nutrition information whether youre on the clock or not, this is a passion of yours and you consider yourself sponge-like when it comes to sucking up as much information on pet nutrition as possible!
• Rockstars arent quiet wallflower types who wait to be spoken to! Rockstars initiate dialogues with pet parents who trust them with their pets health and nutrition! Our Pet Health & Nutrition Advocate Rockstars greet absolutely every single pet parent who walks through our doors and we ask all the right questions to get to know their pets so we can provide an exceptional level of customer service, which we take very seriously!
• The pets that visit our store are just as important as our own pets because theyre part of the community were building! Genuine care, interest and concern for our furry VIPs is an absolute must to be part of our Rockstar team!

Rockstars are Rockstars because they rock! We rock at a few things and in order to be part of our Rockstar team, you need to rock at them too!

• We rock at providing an exceptional customer experience (weve even been nominated for awards in Customer Service!), it is our primary core value and we have extremely high expectations for our team to deliver exceptional customer service at every customer interaction!
• We rock at recommending the best solution to our customers every time we talk to them! Our customers trust us with their pets; we value that and take that responsibility very seriously! We dont recommend anything that would not positively impact the health of their pets or improve their life!
• We rock at pet nutrition! We pride ourselves on being a trusted source of information for our customers when it comes to their pets health and nutrition. We do provide training to Rockstars who may not have had the opportunity to formally learn about pet nutrition and we still expect those Rockstars to want to learn more!
• We rock at hosting a variety of pet inspired events be it in person or virtually! We are all about being creative and thinking outside the litter box when it comes to building our community of likeminded pet parents and hosting entertaining events that gives them a place to socialize with their furry family! With the number of events we host, we really need our Rockstars to be flexible! Not necessarily do the splits flexible but definitely flexible in working our events!
• Finally, we rock at having fun! We have fun every day at work and we only look for Rockstars who absolutely love to come to work and have fun while they get to meet pets, help pets, party with pets and be creative while doing it!

If you rock like we rock, you may be just the Rockstar we want to add to our team! We are hiring for a few positions. One position is a part time opportunity and one position is a part time manager in training opportunity. You will have daytime and weekend availability as well as some evening availability. Our new Rockstars will work approximately 15-25 hours per week until later this year when we adjust and finalize our schedules. As our newest Rockstar, you will have flexibility in scheduling, a generous employee discount, meals, snacks and drinks provided and the opportunity to pet puppies every day!
