Planning and Performance Consultant - CON002357Employment Type: Permanent Full-timeLocation(s): SK-Rgna-ReginaMinistry: 090 Trade and Export DevelopmentSalary Range: $7049-$9165 MonthlyGrade: MCP.07.The Ministry of Trade and Export Development is responsible for advancing long-term economic growth in Saskatchewan, by working with government colleagues and stakeholders to enhance trade, investment, and a competitive business environment.The Strategic Policy and Planning Branch is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and resourceful team player to join our team as our Planning and Performance Consultant. Reporting to the Director of Planning and Analytics, you will support Ministry leadership and individual Branches and Divisions through development, implementation and ongoing renewal of strategic planning processes. This includes the coordination of the Ministry’s environmental scan, performance metrics, and program reviews. You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives, large corporate projects, and support the Ministry’s safety champion by preparing reports and following processes required in legislation.You will have strong analytical, research and relationship management skills. You will be able to manage projects, committees and processes to ensure that quality deliverables are completed on time. You will also have exceptional written and verbal communications skills and be able to facilitate discussions and articulate complex issues to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
