As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with farmers to ensure Farmers Edge technology is in place and operational by installing equipment and providing field support to growers.Location: Regina, Swift Current, and Saskatoon preferred. Open to surrounding areas.What You #39;ll Do:

• Provide remote and in-field management system maintenance and trouble-shooting support for proprietary hardware and software
• Acting as a training specialist to growers to ensure they are confident in their use of the equipment and software
• Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth setup and effective product adoption
• Answering grower inquiries on the tech support line and provide troubleshooting advice to growers
• Assist customers in effectively utilizing technology by providing training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices
• Processing and analyzing relevant on-farm data including yield maps, as-applied maps, NERP data
• Working from home and traveling within the region to meet with growers (when conditions permit)

What We #39;re Looking For:

• Experience with farm machinery, basic geographic information systems (GIS), GPS systems, variable rate technology, or mapping software
• A history of working with high tech hardware and software, with the proven ability to coach others to use both to maximize effectiveness
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to provide great customer service
• Bachelor #39;s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or other relevant combination of education and experience will be considered an asset
