This position ensures customer loyalty is obtained by building connections with the guests through the provision of outstanding customer service. The Premium Server is responsible for contributing to an environment within REAL, which encourages team members to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by REAL. The Premium Server delivers a seamless, consistent experience for guests who invest in and expect premium service delivery at each and every visit.RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL DO1. As a Front of House partner in delivering unforgettable, fun experiences that bring to life the REAL premium experience for each and every guest by;

• Greet and respond to guests in a timely, polite and friendly manner, presenting themselves as a professional, respectful, positive and helpful individual at all times, when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Assess, anticipate and meet multiple guests’ needs at high quality standards and evaluate customer satisfaction without projecting a mood that detracts from guests’ experience.
• Checking guest identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and following safe drinking guidelines when serving customers
• Take drink orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Ability to master POS system, splitting bills per table, settling tabs, adding guests
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
• Maintain liquor inventory for the suites at the end of each game and report Suite inventory to Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of suite, including, but not limited to, managing dirty glassware and china.
• Ensure Suite is well stocked with cutlery, chafing dishes, glassware.
• Ensure Food is delivered on time and well presented.
• Ability to do various types of food service.

• Completion of Grade Twelve (12) or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous direct customer serving experience delivering an exceptional customer experience within the Hotel and/or Restaurant industry in a premium service environment is required.
• Serve-It-Right (SIRs) certification is required.
• Service Best, Food Safe and WHMIS certification would be an asset.
• Cash handling experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to respectfully and confidently strike up a conversation with any guest or team member to deliver exceptionally effective and efficient team and guest outcomes.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn and an openness to feedback and coaching in order to adapt to all circumstances.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to create an environment of connected, committed teamwork to deliver a consistent, exceptional level of guest experience.
• Ability to go above and beyond in a variety of guest situations.
• Ability to multi-task even in busy, high stress periods.
• Attentive to monitor behaviours, take and provide orders correctly.
• Operating knowledge of POS systems; splitting bills per table, adding guests.
• Ability to accurately calculate basic mathematical functions.
• The successful candidate must also possess and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check (CRC).
• Must be at least Nineteen (19) years of age.
