Job Description

Bergen Excavating/BLS Asphalt (2021) Ltd. is looking for two summer students to assist Project Managers on civil construction projects in Regina. Successful candidates will be enrolled in Civil or Environmental Engineering Technology programs.Duties include:* Assist Project Managers with estimating small projects and/or change orders* Assist with project submittals and shop drawings* Assist with developing project schedules* Assist with takeoffs* Coordinate project quality control testing* Schedule and monitor concrete pours* Assist with project safety administration* Coordinate asphalt milling and paving* Coordinate site locates before excavation* Coordinate as-built surveys* Other duties as assignedJob Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, SeasonalContract length: 4 monthsSalary: $20.00-$22.00 per hourAdditional pay:
