This role plays an integral part in demonstrating the exceptional customer service we provide to our customers, right off the bat!The Job ResponsibilitiesGreet all visitors to the dealership and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or placeAnswer the main switchboard and direct calls in a courteous, professional, and friendly mannerTrack demo usage, license plate check outs and returns, gas cards and other pertinent items related to salesAssist with entering keys into our Vehicle Management System when new units arriveAssist with dealer transfers by ensuring all items needed are collected and waiting to go out when the unit is being collectedResponsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, faxes, packages, etc, as well as ensuring parcels requested to be sent by Purolator are sent correctly and in a timely mannerGeneral administration duties as assignedThe Qualifications0 to 2 years of experience in a professional services environment - automotive or dealership experience would be considered an assetHighschool diplomaDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tactWell-groomed, professional appearanceProficient Microsoft Office skillsExcellent customer service skills to support both internal and external clientsDetail-oriented with a sense of pride in quality workDemonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workloadSuperior verbal communication is essentialValid driver licenseCapital Automotive Group offers competitive total compensation, work that is challenging and meaningful, an engaging and collaborative work culture, performance recognition and room for growth opportunities.
