Paradise LeisureScapes in Regina is looking for a full-time Retail Associate to join our team! We are looking for an energetic individual who would be a great asset to our team.Duties:-Assisting customers with questions, needs, and purchases.-Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.-Preparing merchandise for display.-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, or face to face.-Handle and resolve customer complaints.-Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.-Test pool/spa water and recommend appropriate chemicals for customer.Qualifications:-3-4 years of retail and customer service experience preferred.-Must be able to communicate effectively with all types of personalities.-Ability to sit, stand, and walk around for long periods of time.-Must be able and willing to work retail hours including weekends.-Knowledge of relevant computer applications would be an asset.-Should be a team player and have the ability of meeting assigned targets.Please email your cover letter and resume.
