Automotive Sales Representative – Capital Ford Lincoln -Regina, SKCapital Ford Lincoln is looking to add to their sales team! We INVEST in our people; we recognize that our success depends solely on YOUR SUCCESS.Capital provides a guaranteed monthly income alonside the ability to earn as much as possible with an opportunistic pay plan.As a Automotive Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming customers and actively listen to understand their needs
  • Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customers needs.
  • Create an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for the customer.
  • Prospectthrough referrals and other creative approaches.
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Gain and demonstrate superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
  • Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
  • Overall provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and retention.
The Qualifications
  • No prior sales experience necessary
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and fellow team members, exhibiting diplomacy and tact
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Meticulous organization and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills; ability to prioritize workload
  • Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment
  • Valid driver licence
