We are looking for a Service Cashier!The Service Cashier is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service experience for our customers following the servicing of their vehicles.If you are hard-working, passionate, and determined, then Capital Automotive Group is for you! The Service Cashier is responsible for processing payments for work completed or purchase of parts requests, proper reconciliation of repair orders and parts invoices, and the collection of money from Parts and Service transactions in the dealership.The Job

  • Provide exceptional customer experience in assisting customers with finalizing the Service experience
  • Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
  • Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
  • Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Processes repair orders processes and extended warranty payments
  • Operates credit card transactions
  • Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
  • Assists in scheduling courtesy transportation
  • Makes appointments for customer services over the phone
  • Assists receptionist with phone calls
The Qualifications
  • Knowledge of extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
  • Commitment to excellence at all levels of service
  • Retail experience, automotive experience helpful
  • Good communication skills, cheerful and friendly
  • Enthusiastic attitude and good work ethic
  • Basic computer and office management skills
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
