Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions.This is a full-time position.Job DutiesCount, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipmentsVerify information against invoices, orders, and other recordsDetermine method of shipmentRestocking shelvesMaintaining InventoryMaintaining the Warranty PartsOccasionally delivery of partsUnpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with the shipper to rectify damages and shortagesEnsure that outgoing shipments meet specificationsEnsuring back stock room is clean and dust-freeMaintain a clear and thorough record of all shipmentsQualificationsExcellent communication skillsCustomer service skills and ability to be a team playerComputer literateValid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
