Job Description

COMPANY: ServcoCanada DEPARTMENT: Project Controls POSITION: Site Project Administrator DATE: August 2022 ServcoCanada is looking for a Site Project Administrator to join our team and continue to grow the Project Controls department. This position would be located at our job site in Rocanville, SK.ServcoCanada is the familial brand name for a collection of companies across Canada. We are an evolving, dynamic construction company that is growing and expanding our team. The position is demanding but rewarding and under the general supervision of the Saskatchewan Regional Operations Manager.As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize Manager’s paper flow;
  • Prepare and track all project logs such as PO’s, RFI’s, Change Order’s;
  • Utilize reports to monitor project succession;
  • Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
  • Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
  • Assist Project Manager in any and all duties needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.
The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:
  • Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in Office Administration or Project Management is an asset
  • Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
  • Proven team player
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
