If you #39;d like to be part of a team that truly takes care of our customers, our communities, and each other, this could be your chance.Here #39;s the roleThe Team Lead, Marketing oversees the team responsible for executing innovative content, creative, and communication tactics for the company, to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. This role combines leadership with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, maximizing lead conversions, and management of digital sales channels. The Team Lead plays a critical part in shaping the brand narrative, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business growth objectives.Position Responsibilities•Partner with Director to execute integrated marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.•Creates compelling and engaging content across all channels, including online, offline and social media.•Oversees the production of creative assets (digital and traditional) that resonate with target audiences, and ensures consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.•Liaises with relevant stakeholders to implement the company #39;s communication strategy thereby enhancing brand reputation and product adoption.•Drives online sales through optimized digital campaigns and refined digital marketing tactics to improve conversion rates.•Provides support for sales programs targeted at brokers (marketing collateral for broker use, co-operative advertising, other sales initiatives).•Provides leadership and builds capacity within the Marketing team.Competencies•Leadership: Promotes organizational mission and goals; shows influences across the organization and supports strategic goals, programs, and corporately sponsored events and initiatives.•Results Oriented: Leads others to consistently deliver solutions to a set of well-defined and high-performance standards; achievement oriented with a stretch goal and growth mindset.•Creativity Innovation: Develops fresh ideas to solve problems and discover opportunities; can grasp technical concepts, absorb new ideas and concepts quickly; has strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.•Critical Thinking: Uses data and experience to understand and develop solutions to a range of business problems; validates inputs, assumptions and outputs for reasonableness; sees connections between actions and their consequences.Educationamp; Experience•A University or College diploma, preferably specializing in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience•A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing or a related field•At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position •Experience working in an insurance or financial industry considered an assetAre we a fitIf you think so, please apply by December 6, 2024.
