    • Position Type: Technology/Information Technology AnalystDate Posted: 10/8/2021Location: Education CentreDate Available: ASAPClosing Date: 10/14/2021 Job Purpose: The Technical Analyst serves as a technical expert, delivering a variety of analytical and technical solutions for the school division. The position is responsible for the effective delivery of onsite technical support to end users and also plays a role in the development and implementation of technical services and solutions within the Division.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
      Demonstrated experience of computer hardware, software and networking in a Microsoft environment, including Active DirectoryExperience with desktop deployment solutions (Microsoft SCCM).Experience with iOS devices and Apple management solutions.Knowledge of network topologies and concepts.Knowledge of server virtualization (HyperV).Experience with service desk environments and ticketing systems.Experience with Apple computers and tablets.Ability to manage confidential material and maintain staff and student privacy.
    Qualifications:
      Bachelor Degree in a technology related discipline or a combination of educations, related cerifications and experience.Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated technical expertise.Microsoft Certification preferred.
    Working Conditions:
      The successful candidate will service the schools in the Broadview, Grenfell, Kipling and Whitewood area.As per Conditions of Employment (non-union)37.5 hours per weekCommencing as soon as possible and ending July 31, 2022Salary Range: $25.41 - $29.73
    Physical Requirements:
      Ability to lift computer and network equipment up to 40 lb.
