TCS #39; proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Required Skills:• Good years #39; experience working with Salesforce and IFS software testing and/or implementations of Salesforce and IFS.• Good years #39; experience in leading Test Teams greater than five (5) team members.• Good years #39; experience in Software Testing.• Good years of lead experience working on projects.• Self-motivated individual with expertise and experience in leading and mentoring Test Analyst through all cycles of testing - SIT, Functional Testing, Regression, Provisioning and End to End.• Experience in Telco business functions and processes• Experience in test case creation, execution, and reporting.• Experience with OpenText ALM Quality Center/OpenText Testing Suite. Experience with automated test script creation, execution, and maintenance. Resource shall have knowledge and experience with the following Software applications or platforms, but not limited to: • Salesforce• IFS • OpenText ALM Quality Center Testing Suite (including Quick Test Professional -UFT)• Ready API (aka SOAP UI)• TOAD for Oracle Basic• SQL Queries• SharePoint• Microsoft ProjectResource shall have Domain Knowledge with the following, but not limited to:• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tools• Mobile Workforce Management• eCommerce Platforms • Assurance • Telecommunications / Information and Communications Technology (ICT)Roles and Responsibilities:• Analyze requirements, rules and specifications for test components and develop into strategies, plans and cases in the delivery stage of SDLC• Create, execute, monitor, and report on test plans, and cases for all types of software testing• Execute and monitor a test calendar• Responsible for development and documentation of test scenarios on affected applications for Salesforce or IFS integration.• Create and estimate work breakdown structures and plans• Report status to Team Lead• Identify and capture test data for all test environments • Report and manage defects • Use SaskTel processes and templates • Utilize appropriate testing tools• Self-motivated individual with expertise in small to medium projects that can take on the Test Lead role with confidence and little guidance other than the SaskTel logistical areas. • Experience in scripting.Thank you for your interest in TCS.
