Faculty/Department Faculty of Kinesiology and Health Studies Unit KHS-Student Employee Group CUPE 2419 CUPE 5791 Job Family Category Student Number of Vacancies 1 Position SummaryThe purpose of this position is to assist with the following research tasks focusing on the KIN 420 Open Pedagogy Project funded by UofR CTL Open Pedagogy Fellowship Program:Perform research literature review on one OERs and democratizing the classroom; Assist the PI with a reassessment and review of initial delivery of OERs in KIN 420 2024_30 ; Help process, analyze, visualize, and interpret this review; In collaboration with the PI, prepare/edit/re-format a reiteration of KIN 420.Position RequirementsApplications are required to have a background in Kinesiology and Health Studies with experience in Critical Theory and Open Educational Resources (OER) and have:Strong time management skills and proficient technical writing skills; Work independently and collaboratively Have completed KIN 420 – Diversity Issues in KHS Demonstrated experience using, producing and contributing to OERs with a social justice and critical theory lens.
