Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Directly supervise staff including coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit and hire personnel
  • Review technician schedule to ensure optimal utilization of resources
  • Oversee implementation of field service tools
  • Review daily work reports and start-up submissions
  • Manage Warranty process and filter warranty requests from contractors
  • Oversee communication between Service Technicians and factories as needed
  • Resolve escalated safety issues and ensure safety program is adhered to by all Service staff
Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry (HVAC/Plumbing)
  • 5+years of experience as a manager
  • 3+ years current experience with HVAC Operations
  • Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
  • Must have strong skillset in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
  • Strong understanding of HVACamp; Plumbing functions
  • Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
