Job Description

At The GCM Inc. we are now looking for an ambitious and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Sales squad!The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and driving business growth. As a key player in the team, you will be assisting with administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth operations and foster positive relationships with buyers.Full-Time Sales Assistant will:

  • Assist in various stages of the sales cycle, including market research, lead assignment, in-field and in-office lead follow-up, order processing, and sales follow-up
  • Coordinate daily team meetings, social events, and travel arrangements for the field sales team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clientele throughout the sales process
  • Assist Sales Managers in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Perform the same duties as sales staff and any responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager
We offer a personalized training program to the selected candidate, which includes hands-on training, performance reviews, support, and mentorship by the Sales Manager. Prior experience is an asset.Must-haves to succeed as a Sales Assistant:
  • Interest in jumpstarting your sales career and growing with a company long-term
  • A strong student mentality and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hit sales targets and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in person and able to commute daily to our Vancouver office
  • Availability to work Full-Time on weekdays with optional Saturday
  • A valid driver #39;s license and personal vehicle is an asset
