A Regional Store Manager should be able to commute between adjacent locations when required. We are looking for dedicated individuals who understand the nuances of cannabis and are eager to enter this burgeoning industry. The ideal employee is compassionate, responsible, and well-educated in cannabis. We are looking for individuals who can engage positively with their community and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this position would hold high expectations both for themselves as well as for their employees. The successful candidate will be willing to take on responsibilities and lead the team while also enforcing and maintaining company policies and standards.Responsibilities- Grow a portfolio of retail stores- Develop district-level strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals- Address each store’s unique strengths and challenges.- Lead a team of managers: oversee, assist, motivate, coach and strengthen Store Managers.- Serve as a Support: provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures.- Lease with upper management as well as Human resources to ensure that all stores are running effectively, and all employees are performing at their peak- Act as a positive representative of the company providing customers with the service and high standards of the company- Ensuring that all customers expectations have been exceeded- Build and maintain a company culture within the store of which enforces and encourages employee retention- Maintain and track THC changes with products and report them to the human resources department for updating- Maintain employee availability records and make schedules accordingly to ensure the store is well staffed to provide excellent service- Work with employees to build knowledge of products to ensure they can accurately describe and recommend the correct products to customers- Enforce progressive discipline policy with employees when needed and report all incidents to HRRequirements- Must be 19 years of age or older- 1 – 3 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred- Valid Selling it Right Course Certification- A clean criminal background check from local authorities- A valid License well as valid car insurance and a reliable vehicle- Ability to work in a face paced environment- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills- Availability for shift work nay time between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday- Basic skills in math- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and accessories is an asset- Personal connection to the community is an assetFor more information about Cost Cannabis, check out our website at www.Tcann.ca.
