Job Description

Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.Job SummaryThe snow school supervisor’s responsibilities include supporting the assistant manager in daily operations and administration as well as weekend, camp, school and AST programs.Essential Job Functions

  • Supervise daily operations of the snow school
  • Schedule lessons, programs and instructors
  • Organize and lead all aspects of weekend programs
  • Supervise the operation of camp weeks and weekend programs
  • Supervise school group programs
  • Supervise AST program, schedule, AST lead and instructors
  • Support snow school management team with various projects
  • Train kids coordinator and assist with Kids Roc/daycare transition
  • Assist with desk staff training and development
  • Supervise department inventory
  • Communicate with guests use problem solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Abilities
  • Work eligibility in Canada
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to teach both children and adults
  • Passion for the mountains, guest service and the sport
  • Can produce physical SIN card or valid revenue Canada doc including full SIN number
  • Bondable, with a criminal record check less than 3 months old for new staff (3 years for returning staff)
Compensation and Benefits$20.00/hr
