Premier Tech is seeking to expand its team by adding full-time permanent labourers at its Richer, Manitoba facility. We are looking to fill both day and night shift positions. In this role, you will be part of a team that ensures the right raw materials, ingredients and packaging processes are respected while working safely, efficiently and within the quality standards. This position offers variety, training, and physical activity. You will also have the opportunity to operate equipment while growing your career with a company that is almost 100 years old. • Operating material handling equipment
• Stacking bagged products and organizing pallet
• Communicating and collaborating with management and fellow team members
• Working both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions
• Working a variety of shifts which can offer occasional overtime
