You will be helping us improve and analyze the website and can be proud in having an impact that helps our customers, which you will see come to life in either our B2B or B2C online channels.Some of what you will do:

• Support the day-to-day product management activities for our CRM (Zendesk Sell)
• Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to propose new ideas and recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve the data quality within our data platform
• Build story-telling dashboards to present key metrics of the Preferred Program (B2B)
• Assist with any special projects across all Staples digital properties
• Leverage our analytics tools to better understand customer behaviour across Staples
• Provide insightful recommendations in support of customer needs and business objectives
• Other duties as assigned

Some of what you need

• Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong computer skills and an ability to learn new software quickly is critical
• Enrollment in a post-secondary education program in Business, Computer Science or Engineering is an asset.
