Our success depends on dedicated employees that live our motto: Making Life More Exotic.Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Tetra Pak plant equipment.The successful candidate will solve technical issues related to Tetra Pak equipment, and troubleshoot machinery, and repair equipment to keep productin running and performing smoothly.PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Handling trouble shooting and repair work of Tetra Filling Machine (TBA8/TBA19) & Down stream Equipment.
  • Performing Preventive Maintenance as per Plan & Manufacturing schedule.
  • If any spare parts not available, report to Supervisor / Maintenance in charge.
  • Following the Maintenance request and completion of the same.
  • Monitoring of performance after any maintenance.
  • Service of the spare parts removed for service as per the instruction of Supervisor / Maintenance in charge.
  • Must be available for 3rd shift.
  • Another other duties assigned by the supervisor
QualificationsEducation and ExperienceEssential
  • Legally permitted to work in Canada.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Aseptic Filling Lines Maintenance in Tetra Pak or Combibloc preferred or 3 years in similar industry
  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Knowledge of health and safety system
  • Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code
Skills and Characteristics
  • Computer skills; Mid-level proficiency in MS Word, Excel and email
  • Divergent thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 3+ years experience in beverage maufacturing environment
  • Comfortable repairing, installing, and maintaining electromechanical components
  • Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift if needed
