  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all available services to effectively educate new and existing customers
  • Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for customers to discuss their needs and concerns
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand the specific needs of each customer
  • Provide personalized solutions to customers that meet their individual needs
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce to manage prospect and appointment information
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills
The Ideal Applicants will have:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required in a customer-facing, sales, business development, or marketing role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must-have for this position
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is highly valued
  • Flexible full-time availability is required for this role
  • A valid driver #39;s license and a personal vehicle are preferred
