Be part of a winning team that leads the way in Enterprise Information Management.The Opportunity:OpenText is seeking a Telecom Support Analyst(Junior-Intermediate level) who is highly motivated, experienced and well-organized. Reporting to the Manager of Telecom Services responsibilities will focus on the implementation of corporate circuits and management of Telecom contracts. The position involves interaction with our Telecom vendors, internal customers and other stakeholders.What You Are Great At:

  • Coordinate implementation of corporate circuits globally from planning process through to final implementation/activation.
  • Support Circuit disconnects with Network and Facilities teams.
  • Management of Telecom Contracts
  • Project plan with our Network Group and external Carriers as needed
What It Takes:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in telecommunications or other services managing vendors, contracts, price negotiations, quotations. This is a junior-intermediate level position
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of International countries/locations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work load and tasks to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing project/assignments.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus.
