In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers #39; vehicles are protected with precision and professionalism. This is your chance to transform every car into a shining beacon of pristine glory.What you will be doing- Apply 3M Xpel film accurately and efficiently- Assess vehicles to ensure surfaces are prepared for installation- Provide exceptional service to our valued clients- Keep updated with current installation techniques and product innovations- Share expertise and mentor junior installation technicians- Collaborate with the team to consistently improve service deliveryWhat it takes:- Must possess a valid Class 5 driver #39;s license- 1+ years experience in 3M or Xpel installations- Passionate about cars and their aesthetics- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.- Committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast paced environment- A drive to continuously learn and evolve in the role- A beacon of trustworthiness and a happy-to-help attitude, you thrive in a collaborative environment.
