Job Description

About the Job:Assembly Technician (Richmond) At Dynamix Agitators, we specialize in engineering and manufacturing agitators and mixers for industrial process markets worldwide. Our customers include some of the world #39;s leading energy and natural resource companies, as well as some of the largest chemical manufacturing companies. Due to continual growth, we are in need of a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Production Team in the role of ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN. About the job:

  • Hands on assembly of mixers, comprising of electric motors, shafts, and other components, while using basic tools and machinery.
  • Attention to detail in following Quality Control measures related to assembly of components is essential.
  • Our facilities are organized and clean, and the staff is supportive.
  • The office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm Monday - Friday with 1 hour for lunch break.
About you:
  • A good mechanical aptitude.
  • You have strong attention to detail relating to hands-on assembly processes.
  • A good understanding of basic quality control requirements.
  • Able to continually produce a quality assembly.
  • Experience in a fast paced manufacturing or assembly related environment.
  • Physically fit and able to handle some minor lifting while assembling components.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.
  • Committed to working safely at all times.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Reliable team player with good customer service abilities.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Forklift operator certificate.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
