We design, manufacture and inventory an extensive selection of hardscape concrete products including paving stones, walkway slabs, yardscapes, landscape/retaining walls, and garden walls – available in colours and textures rivaled only by nature.Job SummaryExpocrete, an Oldcastle APG company, is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative responsible for the overall sales function of the Belgard product line. This role’s responsibilities will include maintaining existing business, generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of Belgard, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within the BC Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenueResponsible for identifying and prospecting for new customersWork closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategiesAnalyze market trends and develop action plan to capitalize on shifts in market opportunities and trendsPrepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetingsDeliver collateral, samples and other sales support materials to customers that will effectively grow revenueMaintain and update displays/showrooms for customersUtilize CRM platform to track customer growth and opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training and educationFive plus years related experience managing a large established territoryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh sense of urgency with entrepreneurial qualitiesValid BC driver’s licenseValid Canadian passport and the ability to travel into the United States and internationallyExperience within the building materials industryAbility to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management platformWhy you should join Expocrete todayCompetitive base salary and excellent variable pay planComprehensive Benefit Program (many are Employer paid)Matching GRRSPFlex DaysSafety Recognition ProgramEmployee Education Assistance Program
