You will find Duty Free stores in the Departures US terminal for flights to the USA and in the Departures terminal for flights to all other destinations. Calgary Duty-Free boutiques offer you an exceptional selection of tax-free liquors, beauty products, and cosmetics from some of the worlds finest brands, like Esteé Lauder and Clinique. Travelers can also find great gift options in products such as fragrances, cosmetics, and makeup.What We Will Offer You:

• A rate of pay of $18.00 per hour

• $300 Hiring Bonus For Joining Our Team! (Hiring Bonuses are taxable income and will be paid out in two increments: the first payment is provided after the successful completion of 30 days and the second, final payment is provided upon completion of 90 days. Employees must be active at the time of each payment).

This Position Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

• Providing excellent customer service and maximizing sales by assisting in the daily operation of the stores.
• Working independently

The Team is counting on you as a Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor to:

• Work a schedule with open / very flexible availability with the ability to work any shift on weekdays and weekends
• Work a full-time schedule

Key Accountabilities:Customers:

• Primary responsibility is to provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving deep product knowledge and excellent service.
• Whenever possible, find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store

Sales & Operations:

• Ensure the correctness of the specific brand merchandise in the dedicated shelves.
• Check the stock daily to ensure that all specific products are adequately stocked and available for customers.
• Ensure that all merchandise (of a particular brand) is displayed nicely, orderly and featured merchandise prominently displaced in each section
• Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock
• Ensure brand promotions are properly set up & performed
• Be informed on the actual and future promotions
• Set and achieve goals during each review period
• Take advantage of the training opportunities that are offered either by the supplier or the company
• Maintain store and brand image by adhering to the dress guidelines as outlined in the brand handbook or company policies, whichever is the most professional

Finance:

• Collaborate in full inventory counting with the store team
• Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or leadership team

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of Retail Customer Service experience
• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience
• Ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Proficiency in the operation of a cash register.
• High degree of interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years retail/customer service experience. Experience with specific brand.
• Proficient in speaking & reading English. Desirable: Ability to speak other languages
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Available to work store schedule.
