The City of Richmond is a unique island city located on Canada #39;s Pacific Coast, in close proximity to downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver International Airport and the U.S. border. Richmond is an ethnically diverse centre with a growing population and one of the fastest growing seniors population in the province.CPSBC Provisional Licensure option available for a Canadian Citizen or Permanent resident who requires Health Authority Sponsorship until they obtain their full licensure.
