  • Key Product Data: Validate data vs what is in another system, to ensure data is aligned.
  • Internal Website: Review company websites and ensure product data is up to date
  • Retail Partner Website Audits: Ensure product pages on external sites are updated.
  • PXM/Salsify System Data Audits: Look through exported data from internal PXM system, look for discrepancies and assist with correcting those discrepancies.
eCommerce Content and Account Management
  • Website Updates: Web Admin work for Shopify (and potentially WordPress). Assist with keeping various product and web pages up to date and assist with management of discontinued products. Work with Consumer Services and other internal teams to address customer inquiries regarding web product pages.
  • Account Management: Help manage relationships with stakeholders that manage the digital shelves on websites such as Walmart, Target and Amazon. Collaborate with stakeholders to keep accounts optimized.
  • Content Management: Keep track of changes to key customer-facing product data and ensure digital shelves are always up to date.
  • Product Imports: Import products into content system. Work with R&D, Brand and Creative teams to validate product data before publishing to digital catalogs.
  • Quality check: Audit digital content on website and Salsify PXM. Study web data, look for opportunities to make proactive adjustments.
  • Process Improvements & Documentation: Document the flow of communication and processes required to update content on various accounts and platforms. Look at ways to improve existing processes.
eBusiness Team ad hoc Support
  • Administrative and analytical support as Specific tasks may include analysis and Nature’s Path site tracking (Google Analytics, Learning and implementing SEO/SEM)

Qualifications & ExperienceEducation/Experience
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with a Marketing or Business background
  • Experience with WordPress and/or Shopify is a plus
  • Experience with task management tools like Asana is a plus
  • Experience running a business or partaking in a business endeavor is a bonus
