Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must have 3 years+ logistics work experience
Job responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with shipping custom agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
  • Handle claims with airliner / forwarder if any shipment problems happen to occur
  • Support sales department in ongoing sales and export affairs
  • Prepare bill of lading and packing list
  • Check items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that the quantities and destinations are correct
  • Make sure the shipments are complied with all CFIA regulations
  • Prepare shipping invoices and credit notes
  • Make arrangement for shipment pickup and delivery
  • Prepare CAED for overseas export declaration
  • Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types
  • Book space with freight forwarder
  • Create shipping documentation and ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments
  • Prepare the daily shipment schedule and instructions for operation department
Languages:
  • Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking and Typing is required
Work Hours:
  • 8 hours shift flexible
  • 40 hours a week
