Job Description

Aerotek is hiring a Red Seal Pipefitter or Plumber for a client in Richmond BC.Looking for a union job with steady growth starting at $41.20/hr on Mon-Fri dayshift Then we want to hear from you!Day to Day:You would work within our Maintenance team and plays an important role in providing maintenance to our manufacturing equipment and machinery on both an emergency- and preventative- maintenance basis. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing water, gas, and compressed steam high-pressure pipes, pipe-fittings and pumps. You would report to the maintenance manager in our manufacturing facility. We have a variety or equipment and machinery including galvanizing lines, wiredraw machines, mesh machines, nail machines, packing lines, etc.Safety is our # 1 priority.Qualifications:1) Red Seal or Journeyman (Would consider a plumber with a gasticket)Work Environment

  • Dealing with molten metals
  • Making metals
  • 15 barb wire machines
  • Water treatment plant
Shift & Hourly RateMonday to Friday (steady days) $ 41.20Perks & Benefits
