Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time IT Support individual for the Richmond office of a global leader in the development of enterprise data management and analysis software. The business works with world-class companies in every industry including energy and commodities, and they offer a unique corporate culture and great work environment!What You’ll Do

  • Work with IBM V7000 series storage systems
  • Deploy, monitor and analyze Nutanix servers
  • Oversee operational and change tickets (incidents and tasks)
  • Microsoft AD Domain Services, ADDS, CA, ADFS, RDS, WDS, IIS, WSUS, Microsoft Hyper-V, SCCM and SCOM
  • Scripting: Powershell, Generic Protocols
  • FTP server management, Docker/Container/Kubernetes/Ansible, LDAP, PKI and Ceph
  • Linux administration and troubleshooting
  • OpenStack operations
What You Bring
  • 5 years’ experience in IT systems administration and advanced computer support including at least 4 years of platform-centric experience with Nutanix, IBM V7000 series and Windows server, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Technology, or equivalent amount of experience
  • Technology infrastructure design, implantation and management experience
  • Extensive experience with physical, virtual and cloud administration, SAN administration, systems management and monitoring, backup and recovery
  • Fiber channel switching experience is an asset
  • Experience with setting up and managing AD DS/LDAP, VM
  • Proof of vaccinations required
