Job Description

Company DescriptionDo you have experience working as a janitor Are you detail oriented and able to work independently Then this opportunity is for you!Structube is looking for a janitor with 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. This person works to provide a clean environment for our customers and employees by ensuring compliance with store cleanliness standards and general store maintenance.Job Description

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store according to Structube’s expectations (mop, sweep, etc.)
  • Do general maintenance and minor work (repair the piping in case of breakage, unclog the toilets, do light work)
  • Perform outdoor upkeep as necessary, including shovelling snow and maintaining entrances and walkways
  • Manage waste and recycling
  • Prepare the warehouse for the arrival of delivery trucks
  • Occasionally move furniture
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • All other related tasks
Qualifications
  • Be a manual and resourceful person
  • Have 2 years of experience related to building maintenance and/or in a janitor position
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job (standing, walking, bending, kneeling)
